IndieCommerce Launches New Customer Support Feature

The IndieCommerce team is testing a new after-hours reporting service for IndieCommerce participating stores. This service is only for reporting critical issues that occur after regular business hours.

Critical issues include (but are not limited to) an inaccessible website, a non-working search engine, a broken shopping cart, or anything that prevents customers from shopping on an IndieCommerce or IndieLite website.

To use this after-hours reporting feature, log in to and visit the IndieCommerce Critical Outage Report page.

During regular business hours, booksellers can reach IndieCommerce staff by e-mail at or by phone at (914) 406-7500 (option 2) or (800) 637-0037 (option 2). Regular IndieCommerce business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. EST to 6:00 p.m. EST.
