Registration for the 2017 ABC Children’s Institute (Ci5) advanced education session “Idea Exchange for Owners and Managers” will close on Friday, March 24. Booksellers interested in attending the session should sign up now, as space is limited.
Booksellers who registered before March 10 suggested a variety of topic ideas that will be up for discussion at the event. A complete list of topics will be announced in an upcoming issue of Bookselling This Week and on the Children’s Institute website.
The Idea Exchange will take place on Friday, April 7, from 12:45 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. at the Children’s Institute host hotel, the Red Lion Hotel on the River – Jantzen Beach in Portland, Oregon.
Booksellers looking to attend the April 5–7 Children’s Institute are encouraged to register as soon as possible, as the institute is nearing capacity. Questions about the ABC Children’s Institute should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
