Registration is now open for the next IndieCommerce webinar, Order Processing, Part 2. The webinar will take place on Wednesday, October 21, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time, and is limited to the first 30 booksellers to register.
The program will feature a 60-minute presentation followed by a 30-minute question-and-answer period. Topics will include processing credit card orders, PayPal orders, and split gift card/credit card orders; sending orders to Ingram; and handling tax-exempt orders. Register here.
While participation in the first Order Processing webinar is not a prerequisite for Part 2, it is recommended that booksellers who did not take part in the October 7 event view the recording of Part 1 in the new IndieCommerce Webinar Center before next Wednesday.
